Faces Questionnaire

The Faces Questionnaire was applied in order to identify the stereotypes, the subjects have in connection with the physical aspect of the people living in Romania, Portugal, Lithuania and Turkey.

Thus, Turkish and Portuguese people were mostly associated with dark hair and dark complexion, while Lithuanian people were thought to be faired-hair and with a light complexion. Romanians were mostly associated with brown hair and brown eyes.

Cultural Questionnaire

We could not break down our own stereotypes, the students’ and our fellow teachers’ prejudgements, related to the project countries, when we had no idea  which they were. Therefore, all teachers invloved in the project decided that a stereotypes and a cultural questionnaire, as well as an analysis of the results were absolutely necessary in order to identify “the enemy” and fight against it.

The cultural questionnaire, which is the end product of the work done by all project partners can be downloaded if you just click on CulturalQuestionnaire.
